Please join me for a very special yoga practice on Thanksgiving morning to raise funds for Embody Love Movement, an organization that is very dear to me. Our mission at Embody Love Movement is to resource all self-identifying girls and women to reclaim beauty on their terms by building self-approval and cultivating compassion for themselves and others. It is focused on body liberation. 
 
This year has been filled with struggle, uncertainty, grief, loss, and massive change. And there have been some really beautiful gifts that have presented themselves through it all. This will be the focus of the practice. To invite the body to let go of tension and presence to what is, while also allowing ourselves to remember who we are, why we are here and how we want to emerge from these unprecedented times. 
 
Jamie will lead a trauma-informed, body affirming slow flow practice for all bodies. Gratitude will be the theme as we move, breathe and pray together on our mats.  The practice will end with a guided meditation, a few journal prompts to both remember what the sweet moments, the learning, and the people who have been your anchor through this time AND to inspire you to envision the world you wish to live in and a restful savasana to integrate the experience. 
 
Start your holiday with this sweet intention of gratitude while supporting an organization doing amazing work in the world.
